I lived here for 3.5 years, in two different units. Both were beautiful, kept in great condition, and clean. The building itself was also cleaned at least on a weekly basis. I felt like it was a great price for what you get, compared to similar places.

Management was always very responsive to me and available by email or phone, and maintenance was prompt, throughout, quick, and friendly. They also made improvements while I was there, like replacing the balconies and setting up a package room when packages were being stolen.

It’s an apartment building, so you’re always going to deal with apartment building stuff - smells, noise, having to move your car when they plow (and they definitely plow), or stuff being down for repairs. But I was always surprised at how quiet the building actually is compared to other places I’ve lived.

I was sad to leave and I would 100% live here again.
